Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

... needs to work on job life balance and should have transparent appraisal system. Also the salary revision and promotion need to be unbiased through some good transparent system.

1. Excellent opportunity to develop your skills, confidence level improvement ( Opportunity to attend different type of meeting, interaction with top management. 2. Good accommodation facilities 3. Excellent transport facility 4. Team work, especially in case of any emergency at site. ( All these things are depends upon site Management)

1. Poor mediclaim policy 2. 99 percentage Partiality 3. Variable Salary structure / Salary not satisfactory as per your role, responsibilities and accountability. Same position deferent package

Total boss centric, basically who is not knowledgeable and frequently abused. Boss is giving undue favour to contractors over own employees. Only salary hike, after putting resignation. Detached employees even during covid time, without giving any reason.

Poor Management, Blaming Game is played all the time. Everyone here is just came to spend 8 hours that's it.. Only money oriented game is being played towards employees.
