It is in high transition stage. One thing is that they are expanding for end to end processes, from silicon to module. Besides, the fast changing technology. These two make the plant evolving at very high speed.

Dislikes

As it is newer technology for India, people are not acquainted with it before hand so they need time and patience to understand and command things. But the rapid speed of expansion and technology upgrade does not let one. Management hires people at premium but also expact quick output which is not fair given the industry type.
