Only work , no week off, no compensation on Week off duty, No respect, Poor Quality, Safety show-off. No control on Local Manpower, Local drivers and Villegers violating plant inside traffic rule.

Salary is coming timely at the end of the month. It is Asia's biggest group. In my place, plant & residence is nearby hardly 2.5 km.

Dislikes

No work life balance, No Personal life, Not Employee friendly, Career growth was almost nil, Annual increments were not upto the mark, Creating a lot of politics on the work side & priority was giving to the aged people like extending their services even though they are retired. Lot of unnecessary work load to individual. Lot of mental tension regarding the annual targets assigned to us.

... Professional having self respect should think twice to join this organization. Irrespective of package. Can say @ top management bad carpenter quarrel with his tools no right person on right position

... things to learn here. Coming to point Covid-19 Adani Solar has supported a lot. We were safe in our guest house the company provided everything during lockdown but never deducted salary neither fired anyone.

...ou , and nobody interferes in your work or stop you from doing excellent things. Salary is fair as per market standards.

Dislikes

Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.
