Location is so much outside, no work life balance and getting leaves on time is very difficult, worst culture, nobody thinks about employees and their problems. Food is worst in canteen.

One of the best company in the sector. There is a great learning opportunity for anyone who is interested in the core sector. Learning comes with the time you spend on the field with workers and field engineers. I f you are interested in the field then the job comes with immense satisfaction as you have a chance to see practical application of things you learn in college.

...azardous nature. Post resignation, company policies are not employee friendly. Pay scale is less.

Work culture Inter department relationships Timings are not fixed If you are getting offer from Cell Maintenance than beleive me don't join- this would be the best decision. HOD is a tobacco chewing, venom spitting, road side rabid rowdy who keeps bullying his employees and others. He will make your life miserable and curse you in the morning meetings. If you join this department, you're doomed for life.
