Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond 2 years before which you connot resign. On the job taranning is not given to new joinees.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.
