I am working since jan 2019 as fso and i am under ikya contract.i am not directly from adani.so if company take me on roll so its good for me.only this thing is in mind which i am always remember that i am not fully adani employee.

Salary on time, Company is good, but HOD are only after money.

Dislikes

Top management decesion making Not able to handle the HOD. Politics at site. Cunning HOD only want to earn from vendor. Favartisim at site. Not clear with the role and responsibilities. HOD only forwarding assignment and only want to be in limelight. They don't want their juniors that they learn or Mingle with other departments staff.
