Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

...ion cycle is slow. Only one day week off for rotational shift working employees. Not good benefit for rotational shift employees such only one off per week, not compensation at holidays like festivals.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Working at adani Electricity we hope it will be great opportunity as a fresher but after completing trainning period growth of the job is limited also salary growth and work life balance is very poor. Even ola driver is good work life balance.
