Few Managers are good due to toxic environment they can't do anything

Dislikes

i had the worst experience in my entire career, there is no proper salary appraisal, structure and incentive scheme(not have). If achieved the targets also, no incentive and salary appraisal. They don't want to do an incentive structure plan.International team doesn't have an incentive plan and salary is not good for them. Employees will be used for their personal works to roam around. If it is about work each and everything works on favouritism and no professionalism. The management team will create a groupism and create gossips. From the day the employee resigns for the position management will start gossiping /creating negative thoughts on the particular employees. After employees leave the company, when you follow up on documents like release letter, service letter & final settlement they block numbers. Employees must forget Final Settlement (such salary, gratuity, and any pending amounts and letters) if they worked longer than 5 years and resign in order to further their careers since management will single them out and level accusations without sufficient support out of jealousy and resentment. Don't compare to other companies what they did to their employees. If you look these ways , what is the difference between other companies and Ad Astra Consultants. Please stop making the gossips or negative rumours on each and every employee, stop giving the billings to your favorite employees. When you get news from somebody please have a second round of verification before spreading it across. If any employee joins, they work for money. It's advice to Senior Management that don't disconnect or block the email of employees when they follow up on their salary. It's highly unprofessional. Everyone works for money. When a company is looking for business from the employees in a similar way employees are looking for money. Make the proper salary structure, especially incentive plans and other benefits.

...y are not giving anything on time. you have to do 100 times follow up with them. If you are using office laptop than you have to return it on your own expense , company will not pay you the courier charge. None of the senior person will respond on your mail and if you will ask 2 -3 times than they will be very rude to you . Too much of work pressure.
