Job security is better than other consultants who follow similar kind of work. Yearly bonuses and goodies. Payment is on time, no delays.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Even if you have high experience, they will give salary only based on previous companies salary. Hike is very less. Policies are not flexible. Career growth is very low. After you start working on their clients location, they have limited contact with us. No transport amenities also. Even health insurance, I cannot add parents to it.

Likes

Good company to start with as a fresher or as a experienced professional. You would be getting a chance to work with some of the biggest clients. A lot of things to learn here. Also have a decent management starting from HR to top level.

Manager is strict. 3 months of notice period and that is not negotiable. Apprical is very very less, ~ 5-7% Nobody will give you any kind of appreciation on Last working day. Overall, I appreciated the opportunity I got to work there but I may not be able to recommend this company to any colleagues.

I worked for this company for 2.5 years unfortunately i found that the company culture was lacking and engineers were undervalued there was lack of communication and transparency from management which made it difficult for engineers to understand the company goals and Priorities. In addition to company culture was not very suppurative or collaborative.There was sense of completion among teams rather than teamwork which created stressful work environment. Overall, while I appreciated the opportunity to work at this company I do not recommend it as a work place for engineers due to poor culture and lack of value placed on engineers.

No skill development, No proper training, Nothing to like here , Don't join this company It's service based so they only depends on clients.
