Job security is better than other consultants who follow similar kind of work. Yearly bonuses and goodies. Payment is on time, no delays.

Dislikes

Salary is very less. Even if you have high experience, they will give salary only based on previous companies salary. Hike is very less. Policies are not flexible. Career growth is very low. After you start working on their clients location, they have limited contact with us. No transport amenities also. Even health insurance, I cannot add parents to it.

Work Details

Since you will be deputed to clients location, there is no formal training. You have to learn on the job. Work life balance depends of client companies policies. For me it is kind of ok,but not that good,have to work on weekends even if it is a holiday

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

After some experience You need to move. Salary is low as compare to other. Increment is not good.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
