Work environment is terrible. People at higher position are not supportive. Work life balance is zero. There is no importance of employees for the company. Company do not care about anyone even if you work hard

Dislikes

Worst work management. Full dictatorship. If you want to ruin your career. Then join ACT agro chem. Zero respect on work. They will judge you on your clothes. And also use bad words if they are angry

Many learning are here but there will be no growth. If we want to grow with company, it's not possible here, also we can not find long term growth and stability in our job, in short job security is worst, also they will judge you on your actions even if it is personal. If we spent more than 2 year here then we will not get financial growth as well. About management, it is not up to the mark

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
