Work culture is good.....remaing Study, Learing activity, employee participation all are good...

Dislikes

Promotions are very late and difficult to experience persons...... Salary increment also very late....total Salary revision will do after 7 years is too late...and basic yearly increment is given low value...minimum monthly 100/- then yearly 1200/- is better to us..this is minimum value we think. Running with low manpower..this is not good for worker's health.....

I am a subsidiary employee of TSM,Dhenkanal, now the company pay has been revised but some people's payment has not been revised, also my payment has not been revised, I don't know on what policy company is following this, If payment has to be revised then everyone has to do it.

The pay structure is still good for freshers and employee related benefits are good. However, i have worked only in Tata Steel and hence not aware about the benefits which other companies provide.

Growth opportunities are limited. Extreme bureaucracy and things move really slow.

Salary. Low in hand salary as per ctc, no accomodation facility specially for new joining. Double HRA facilities for locals but not for whom out side.

Same company in different locations have different policies and salary structure. Tata steel gives facilities only for employees in Jamshedpur and Kalinga nagar location. Very poor management, they don't care about their employees, work-life balance.
