Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I have worked already in wing biotech so i knew mostly IPQA activities there. Mostly they follow SOP and they provide good quality tables comparison to wing biotech it's a good thing... Seniors are have mostly good support in working.. Travels are free they pick up near my room and they drop by bus when shift end...there is a only tablet section so I learn there many more like cleaning procedure, pack stock of finished tablets, DT, Fribility, Lod, AQL, etc

Dislikes

When I suggest new idea or improve quality they mostly ignore which is I don't like...sometimes seniors traditional methods of working and talking hurts...
