Company is having good clients, but when it comes to payment it will get delayed to credit salary, learning and skill development any body can learn from scratch to master level . Most of the time HR won't respond for our queries that should be improve.

Dislikes

HR management pls respond for everyone at client location except u guys we don't know anyone. That's my concern.

They never respond on mail and if they have promised for 40000 salary at the time of joining but they will give you 35000. If you ask about it they will not respond. Very bad company they will never give you increments.

Dislikes

Limited scope of growth. More focus on cost cutting rather than quality resources in terms of manpower. No training and development to enhance your skills further. No incentives or rewards & recognitions
