Nothing much, just a fancy glimpse of CRMused in banking sector but they are not exactly using much out of it.

...s are just writing and erasing the code. 4. No Wfh policy, mandatory 9 hrs. 5.Don't get into showoff package as If you are married then don't think for long term except for even let say 6 months until you are fired even when you are performing . 6. Wrong politics not even a startup culture, forget about the normal mnc culture. 7. abusive language is part of job. 8. Due to the above reason iteration rate is very high in company.

The leadership here takes you under their wing and groom you for the real world. Does not matter if you stay or in the org or not, here you'll learn life lessons that will help you excel in the real world. Variety of learning opportunities. Market competitive in technology and CRM.

Dislikes

The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

...chable. Structured format towards deliverable and development that is conducted. Appraisal and Bonus cycles are timely and as decided during your employment.

Dislikes

Working remotely is not allowed but there is freedom exercised from the HR towards the employees to avail 5 days' work from home in a month.

As per my personal experiences everything is balanced as of now.

The Company do cares about it employees, the benefits and compensation are competitive as compared to market.

Dislikes

Scope of growth is to limited technology. Delivery Group Higher management is terrible. However product side opportunity are good enough
