Dislikes

There are resource crunches sometimes in the middle of the project that PM will have to manage somehow. 5 days working from office. Hybrid work culture can be adopted.

Dislikes

The organization does not seem so flexible on salary negotiation for their own employees. You can enter with a high package but getting your worth while working in the organization seems like a task. Too rigid on 'work from office' policy even for people who work very hard.

1. Hybrid policy was cancelled because of handful of employees who took advantage and everyone was punished without enough flexibility. Despite this some managers are allowing their people flexibility while others are running a certain dictatorship. People in the top management will continue to wfh however will not allow their team members wfh easily. 2. Poor leadership skills in people in supervisory role. 3.
