Well, this is one company where your job is secured once you enter it. I joined as a Quality Controller and now currently working as Copy Editor (Journals Team). I have been in this company for more than 7 years and it feels like home. The company in charge is a very caring and friendly person who makes you comfortable to work around.

...t updated, it just fell on deaf ears. I consider this as totally unprofessional. The pay scale is also very average. The maximum take home you may get is around 20,000 Rs. The pathetic thing is that there are many people who are from Engineering background working as Editor and earning even less.

The compny is open to innovation and readily adops latetechnology i love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality produts and has a global client base

... experience in this company, company owner take all rights from their employees. Actually she don't want to give even salary to their employees. If anybody ask me to join ACES . I will say to them it will give only bad experience in your life.

Growth of the company and investment in projects

Dislikes

Only higher management receive bonus incentives and promotions. Management does not care of the employees who work hard and I am in the same position from 5 years after very hard work in day and night time.

Work environment is good. Teamates are helpful and supportive. Management is very active and transparent. Company policy is good and salery hike as on Avarage.

Dislikes

Career groth is Slow. Training is not providing for new joinees.
