Hr policy, Politics, increment, company Interfear with your friends circle, personal friends life it is very soddy; company want everyone document every work and everything things time to time and perfect work but when employees need any documents, increment or other things then they will be often avoid, if you are sent any mail for your documents and other things then they will be consider your campalain

Pay is so low No appraisal Worst HRs and their policy (Specially the senior one ) Top management is there to eat money and not working You'll learn nothing Bina sar per ki organization

...results. Increment is close to almost nothing and it gets delay by 4-5 months. CEO takes a cut from your salary if you are not able to achieve your targets. They take you on a trip once a year with your own money. They force you to come and if you don't, you work on holidays and pay a fine. Imagine- a mother like me has a baby and I am forced to go on a trip for 3-4 days leaving my baby behind. Total dictatorship!

Provides wfh if need. Flexible timings at least for the time am in(currently no).

Baised based company where it has its reach until management. Doesn’t matter if you give your sweet and time they don’t care if you are one of their favourites. Don’t value for the time and hardwork you have kept in. Worse if you say the same for the management. Yes they listen to you initially but let by you ideas and thoughts like a cloud. No hierarchy in the company. Don’t expect hike according to market. You will get only based on your location of work. But tbh its not more than 10% annually.

The work culture was great and the learning experience was great as well

The communication was done though skype and as my superiors were no present in Person small mistakes which Could have been avoided were dragged out till the end
