They never support employee growths and they won't give any appraisal or hike, In this covid situation they also give salary for only 6 days for past 2 months, They got profit for last 2 years from me,but now they didn't give minimum salary to me in this lockdown situation, Sick minded management

No any particuler standard for employees. Employee face financial issues from company end also left their 2-3 month salary.

COMPANY IS GOOD. BUT SERVICES IS VERY POOR. EXAMPLE :- 1).IF SALARY DOES NOT COME ON TIME THEN IT COMES DEDUCTED AND FULL SALARY DOES NOT COME EVERY MONTHS. 2).SALARY COMES BUT ON A SITE BASIS. 3) TA DOES NOT COME AT THE TIME THEN IT IS DEDUCTED.
