No proper hikes, no proper promotion. The project will be random and you won't even expect that at times. Also there is no proper team management and no skilled higher management.

No Work life balance. Sometimes your learning and growth will stop, depends on client. Its a service based organization then work pressure is always on. You are not allowed to take leave. And you will get only 12 leave in a year which is very less.

Nothing much, They give salary on time is the only thing an employee could feel happy about.

Almost everything, They have a hire and fire kind of policy. Their management ill plans almost everything. They hire people based on speculations and once their speculations don't come true, they lay off their employees. They even lay off even their new joiners. Its pure capitalism. They don't take a hit on their annual revenues and rather they prefer to lay off their employees to keep up with their numbers in the market when it gets tough for them. So please never join them.

Good team work, good in terms of learn and grow, easily reachable to anyone in the higher authority.

Dislikes

No compensation for the technical panel conducting interviews, average hike and no market correction if salary is low.
