Work from client location like Morgan Stanley. Arrange events in for different festivals & arrange some gaming tournaments. Bring Cake every month to celebrate employees birthday to Morgan Office.

Salary not always on time. You will receive salary on last day of the month & sometime they delay it to 1st of next month. Appraisal process is poor. They have July to June cycle, but they will send an email in July saying, salary increment & promotion is delayed to September/October. They will always ask you take interview on weekend & will just give Rs100 for each interview.

There are hardly anything to like about the company. I strongly recommend NOT to join Accolite until you don't have any options.

...y poor. * company just hires on project basis. They don't have enough projects. * Salary wise this company is extremely terrible. Forget about the Hike, maybe you'll get 3-5% and that too on September where other companies are offering a bit sooner. * Leave encashment is NOT there. does't mean how many earn leaves you've. They're gonna nullify as you resign. * Company would ask you to start looking outside after completion of the project. * Management is total waste and good for nothing. Overall, I won't suggest you to join. Ultimately we join any org to learn, earn and grab some new opportunities. Here you won't get anything and work-life balance is subjected to the client. If you go with any queries to higher management, it's complete waste of your time and energy.

Internal communication is poor. HRs are very rude. Internal lay-offs are going on. They take advantage of employee's vulnerable situation by making them change tech stack and relocate to a different city within a week. They hardly have any new projects. No work life balance. Unnecessarily calling to office. They dont have seats to accommodate all the employees.

Accolite provides fair compensation, many opportunitues to grow and develop, clear communication and support from management, one most important part I observed is here your colleagues exist for fun and growth day to day and not for depending on an individual for every this and that.

Company needs to work on team management and client management. There's no clue about requirements to client as well as team members and same scrum call happens daily without any solution to problem
