I have worked in this organisation for 10 months, got to learn a lot of things but the overall experience was very bad. The management was horrible and job security was 0 over there. There were no personal life and work life balance. The behaviour of the lead was terrible. And the management was pathetic. My overall experience in Accolite Digital was that bad, that i can't explain in words.

...hey asked me to get out in such a way that no one can say anything against them. I used to work for 12-13 hours a day but wasn't getting the proper compensation for that. In my attendance sheet there were 2 week off which i was supposed to get on Saturdays and Sundays but i used to get only 1. Overall the experience was very bad and i regret now that i joined this organisation.

Politics. Recognition given to favourite employees. Less pay. No proper information given. Interns and contractors getting fooled by fake promises of conversions. Lay offs.

You will treat well till you deployed at client. Once you get released from client then you are noone .

...if you get released from a client then no other option than leaving the company. Feeling pity for them who have well established job and for sale of salary they join here
