Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Its one of the good company. I got good friends, and team leader also. Every Friday conducting fun activities bt we should have to extend fun times.

Working hours worst. No pay for extend hours. Like school atmosphere when tl said logoff that time only we can leave from office. Rotational wkoff. Sometimes sunday working days. Uncomfortable team shuffle. No growth in career. Low hike. Some irresponsible, selfish team leader also working in access healthcare.

As a ex employee i felt very thankful to my manager. Access healthcare is fast growing industry. Managments are very friendly with the employees. Working environment is very joyfull. Felt happy that I was a access healthcare employee.

There is no extra pay for overtime work.

Some projects are really good and very few leaders support the employees

...s to compensate if we take any emergency leave too. No OT or quality incentives. They don't hire enough associates for the project and have fixed salary. Worst policies. Work pressure depends on the project and leader.

Pay wise and facilities no tea snacks and including proper drinking water facilities and cab roadter now days lot of cost cutting
