Dislikes

HR salary and compensation elements are formulated very poorly. It leads to paying more tax annually, and there is no care taken for employee salaries and skill development by HR. They only conduct RNR programs to motivate employees, every quarter without fail, but they should know that is alone won’t make employees comfortable and stay motivated in any organisation. The IT and infrastructure teams are the developing teams here so we can’t expect a good missions (I.e., used and damaged laptops) and IT support ticket management system. But the team is learning and developing their process day by day. so I can see an improvement. The only problem is the HR department. Even in our chairman visit, they are ordering all employees to stand up and clap our hands while he enters. We are managers, and most of them are from big MNCs. we know how to behave in any meeting or function. you can pass instructions not what we should do. It is our preference. The HR host of the function was talking senseless in many ways at the start and end of the function but having proper talks when leaders came. They won’t place request they only place Orders. Our MD is a young and energetic leader. He will take action whenever and whatever necessary. I am sure he will take the necessary action if he gets a chance to read this message. Let’s hope soon these cultures will be limited.

No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

So many points 1. No work life balance 2.If you are joining access healthcare just forget about your family due to work pressure and no leaves. 3.If you want leave compensate that on Saturday it gets mandatory after you complete your ramp. 4.The negative surrounding around you in ensemble denial project everyone just criticizing eachother for joining access healthcare from start of the day 5.As the day start with meeting with quality errors specifically mentioning names and making the employee uncomfortable for that error in front of everyone . 6.This point mostly specify seniors view as the tenured employees gets chance for being auditor. as most of them are leaving the organisation so even incomplete knowledge gets the chance So this are few points to keep you awa

Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.
