There are some good projects with many opportunities to work on new tech.

Dislikes

... to dismiss employee's concerns, simply reiterating management's perspective. 5. There is a significant discrepancy between the variable compensation mentioned in the offer letters and the actual amount disbursed by the payroll. 100% of LVB earned is never going to be >50% of your LVB mentioned in your offer letter.

Company offers decent leaning opportunities with some chances to work on new technologies and develop skills. However , apart from the learning aspect there are not many additional benefits and overall compensation and increments is average to the industry

...anning has been challenging and, at times, has impacted morale and productivity. In addition, there has been no salary increase for many employees in over 24 months, even among those who have demonstrated exceptional performance in niche skill areas. This lack of acknowledgment can make it difficult for individuals to feel valued and motivated. Implementing a more consistent recognition and compensation process could go a long way toward ensuring that high-performing employees feel appreciated for their contributions.

Accenture was very good at compensation but now it is not doing a good well on employee compensation. For almost 2 years they don't provide hike. Second thing the capability, If you work under capability you will be loaned to other projects the worst part is we need to work for capability as well as the project with no special benifits .

Salary on time. Best pay as per company standards. Free to go to different offices to work.

Skill you learn will never be utilized as no manager will pick som one just cross trained. I trained my self as Full stack , Azure Power BI but did not get chance to work on anything. Carrier will become stagnant.

1. Poor quality projects. You wouldn’t get good project here to work on. 2. If you are a fresher, leave ASAP. You wouldn’t learn any technical skill here. 3. One way communication that comes from top management. 4. Human Resource is just for namesake. They are just their to harass you. 5. No on-site. 6. You will see lots of incompetent people. People survive in this organisation. Whoever is in the organisation for more then 3~4 year, it means they are not fit for IT and just lying here. 7. Lots of policies which doesn’t make any sense. 8. Lack of clarity. You don’t know who to reach out. My suggestion is: 1. If you are a fresher and you don’t have financial problem, don’t join. 2. If you are a fresher and have financial problems, then work here 2-3 years and then leave. 3. For laterals, spend max 1.5 year here. 4. Those who are joining at manager level, If you are non technical, this is the place for you. But be aware, there are thousands of such people here, so you will get good competition. 5. For managers, who are technical, you will leave ~1 year, or I believe, you are capable enough to make decision. But at any point, you are unsure, then leave. They will make you like them if you stay long.
