Accenture is a nice organisation provided its salary and other benefits. There are so many learning programs as well. Promotions are provided on time for the deserving ones provided you need to inculculate the required skills for that level beforehand and prove yourself worthy.

The work pressure and disbalance of personal and professional life.

... and expect work 200% and mental harrassment is much and indirectly they threat. * Salary is too low and for contractors they give same salary for years. * There is no night shift allowance only, as per indian law after 12 at night should give night shift allowance those who work but here no allowance and management loot this money and says or manipulate employees by telling company policy.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive. They give good salary job training is given to new joinees.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Contact is the only disadvantage otherwise all good

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.
