Very bad , my TL IS SO BAD 🤮 an uneducated idiot because of him I got lied on back so i just wanted get out, don't even have knowledge about the process and working as TL HAHAHA still wondering

Work environment is good. They gave us all the benefits. And we got salary time to time.

Terrible job security. We have left our job just in 6 months. They told us to resign just because onboarding is postpond.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.

In terms of entry and exit it is easy and smooth process. Provide you courses to enhance your skills. Job security is very good.

Dislikes

...k life balance working for extended hours but still do not get rewards for that. No salary hikes and promotion are very delayed. They will just give false commitment and keep you on hold. Checking your patience.
