Lot of Internal projects where you don't get to experience the client culture and environment. and Domain is auto allocated to freshers after the Basic GFT training which is not really good, Company should ask for candidate preferences at least.

Compensation, Work from Home, Supportive Leads(depends on Projects), your hard work will be appreciated.

Dislikes

Policies for internal projects can be more better such as compensation on weekend working instead of complimentary offs which has no use in work from home situation and is untraceable. Work life balance, internal project clients were unsure about their requirements sometimes and asks for sudden changes after complete deployment and testing.

Job Security, and culture. Compensation hike and bonus are good if you are part of a project without any politics.

All your growth, compensation, bonus depends on your project and project manager. You need to be part of a good project else it will be a disaster.

There is low or no growth in terms of promotion and salary. Too many checks when during promotion cycle and management doesn't care until you resigned.
