Even engineers can do it, no need of MBAs. Growth is slow. At TS&A, 5+ years of experience people are given analyst title, it's humiliating outside. Inside Accenture, you just do the ppt colouring work, manual data entry work. MBAs from IIMs are made to do this work. Utterly disgusting. If you perform good, then hike may touch 10-13%

...ig time with promoting culture of favouritism, groupism and absolute biasedness. Bonus are highlighted with 0-27% but most ppl never get beyond 10%.

MD leadership failed putting in place proper structure to allocate projects and led to managers selecting their favourite candidates for account they handle,

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion
