Technology and standard of work. Immense learning opportunity. Highly quality of trainings. Innumerable projects. Leadership team is extremely kind and down to earth.

Dislikes

1. Inflated salary where 32% is variable pay, of which employees receive minimal amount. 2. Getting release, even if the technology doesn't suit, is extremely difficult. 3. Work pressure is extremely high. I have seen junior resources to work in every week end. Yes every week end I mean. 4. Your luck is dependent on People Lead's (Supervisor) hand. If you can help him doing all his works (after doing yours), probably you would be benefited. 5. HR favours the organisation always, no matter injustice happens to you or not. 6. Where CEO emails that 19000 associates will be laid off, job security can be imagined I guess.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

Dislikes

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Dislikes

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.

Dislikes

After Hardwork and Dedication, no Hikes and appraisal. Worst salary review and Work life Balance without job security especially no encouragement on upskilling and Technology adaptation.
