Politics and Diploamatic answer is always available with management, I am working in accenture as tech. Support associate from last one and half year, If u r one of favourites of ur team lead than u will get everything u demanded, Many peoples are on the same level from last 4 years (At same profile without any prmotion).... Accenture Gurgaon have worst management

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

Pros: Work culture, Flexible timings (based on projects), Salary and Benefits.

Dislikes

Cons: There is no scope for learning and skill development - most of the time, you'll end up in roles that doesn't suite your skill sets, Poor work-life balance ( based on projects), linguistic politics/partiality among the managers.
