... incompetent and will always micro manage you even if you have worked sincerely. Only boot lickers will get promotion and good salary others will only get fake reasons for not increasing your salary.

As an Accenturite, you get various opportunities to pursue your career in the field that excites you. Great working environment. I believe there is no better company than Accenture where you can feel secured about your job..

Salary growth is not as per the expectations. Being such a gigantic organization, its difficult to find a good manager/supervisor.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...port based. So you don't get to have an experience in an implementation project. No growth, no hike, no recognition. There is absolutely nothing to add value. Moreover without hikes and promotions, they called the resource to office which is a crime I would say.

...es they are paying. I have worked 2.5 years in accenture not getting any hikes. When i joined the company my salary was 17200rs after 2 years they increased 1000rs of salary.
