I did not find much to say about growth and salary.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance after joining a project and do not expect or have expectation on salary hike or appraisals. You need to be very close to your superiors if you want promotions and other benefits.

Best service based company to work for. You just need to have the hot skill required, company will give good compensation. If not you got plenty of opportunities to upskill yourself. Senior management is so approachable

Dislikes

They can reduce the thing they do in the name of cost cutting. Its kind of silly. But doesnt affect employees much

Laterals will get hike only if they promote if not doesn't matter how hard they work just stay in same salary because your a lateral Salary is not a secret element in accenture. Your manager can see ur salary and give recommend hike % accordingly.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
