Nothing apart from fancy policy of work from home given widely for people's (especially gals) but comes with a surprise later that you work more hours than being in office

If you are in testing domain never ever choose Accenture for any reason. The company offers a bit higher package than other service based companies but the variable component is a lot higher and you will never get that fully. The bench concept here is the worst I have ever seen in any company. You are never given an option to choose and the managers and the HR are the worst . The long good days in Accenture are over . If you are looking for better learning opportunities , a good respect in working place and a better work life balance stay away from Accenture even if they offer a bit high package than other companies. Nothing much to learn as far as testing in concerned and there are only few projects where there will be any scope of learning and if your experienced guy more than 7 yrs never ever turn your attention towards this company. Worst hike in 2017 overall and managers are busy saving their positions from layoff . Believe me this is a honest review and hope this helps

... of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.

When you join they offer good package and joining bonus.

There is low or no growth in terms of promotion and salary. Too many checks when during promotion cycle and management doesn't care until you resigned.

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
