Accenture has very good process. It's a cmm5 company so you have more learning and flexibility there. I loved working in Accenture and would suggest everyone to work here

The variable pay you get here is very less compared to other companies like Wipro, HCL where you get paid 100%

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also

Learning opportunities are good, My current project is good, no micro management or other headaches

Appraisal is very bad, Since Julie's entry to the company, most of employees are not seeing good salary hikes
