...e scheduled for 11pm. 2. They don't give increment after the end of fiscal year. From last 2 years there has been no increment in salary. They just give you hopes that you will get it next year. You will not be able to grow financially here. 3. Managers dont listen to you. They make you work on saturdays and sundays without any comp-off or rewards. Basically you get nothing but lots of pressure and workload.

Dislikes

Accenture lacks responsibility and they auto tag any support projects without prior notice and it doesn't have skill development programs like access to Udemy and other similar platforms and as fresher don't join Accenture better to go for startups company

Stuck from 2.6 years without hike and promotion

During this period, I have not received any promotions or salary hikes, which has made me question whether I should wait for growth within the company or explore external opportunities.
