I joined Accenture 2.7 years ago. No hike after that. I am working all these years with same salary. Last year there was no hike for all accenture members for India and Sri Lanka. After that they are not giving any promotion. I am working in a German Project where all project awards goes to german people. Last quarter total 49 people got promotion from my project but only 5 from India got promoted rest all Germans. No recognition for us Indians. I got onsite opportunity for 3 months thats good. Good thing is noone is forcing to do WFO yet.

If you get a good project with good people you are sorted and so is your compensation and promotion. The policies, Tech and everything else is top notch.

Managers control you promotion and compensation and so you have to be a licker to be in their good books.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

...moting manager which indeed affects the managing of the other people in project. Whenever we get into Accenture for compensation discussion just negotiate for Fixed salary based on that how much variable is there its your benefit.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
