I have been working with Accenture for approximately three years on a work-from-home-based project, and I am delighted to share my positive experience with the company. Accenture is a very good, trusted, and secure company. Throughout my tenure, I have found all the people to be very friendly and supportive. Working remotely, I have never faced any issues, which speaks volumes about their efficient management and support systems. The company provides top-class products for their employees. For instance, I was provided with an Apple MacBook Air for my work. Even when I was not fully satisfied with the laptop, I had the option to order another one, which highlights their commitment to employee satisfaction. Despite never visiting the office in these three years, I have always felt well-supported and well-equipped to perform my job effectively. Accenture has made working from home seamless and hassle-free. Overall, I highly recommend Accenture as a great place to work. It is an excellent company to join, and I believe it offers a wonderful environment for both personal and professional growth.

While my overall experience at Accenture was positive, the salary package and annual hikes were significantly below industry standards. Despite the company's excellent work environment, supportive colleagues, and ample opportunities for professional growth, the compensation did not reflect the value of the work or the rising cost of living. This was a major factor in my decision to seek employment elsewhere.

Usual things that come with a big brand like office spaces and facilities and on time salary

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Work from home to me was really saved some financial stability that's it

No hike from 2 years telling budget constraints but we are working daily if they have budget constraints there should not be development also
