job security, opaque performance mgmt (all depends on ur manager ), cross skilling is very difficult and worst HR ( they never side with employees will force u to relocate at drop of a hat). They have offices spread across multiple location in one city and will force to move from one to another without much consideration of seniority and other personal problems

... of their lame gender preference policies. No proper promotion path. Less hikes. Very less variable pay paid. No onsite opportunities.

When you join they offer good package and joining bonus.

There is low or no growth in terms of promotion and salary. Too many checks when during promotion cycle and management doesn't care until you resigned.

Compensation is okay when compared to similar organizations

Work culture is awful. The candidates are not allocated projects as per their strength and interest and are forced into something which they do not want

If you ever being placed in Accenture, don't plan to move out. Bz more than salary, job security and good work culture matters. And there are very less organizations to provide those two like Accenture.

Work load is bit high. But that's fine as job security is there.
