...ake less amount food and they will get profit by making lose employees health. Variable Pay: The pay is not up to the expectations and they will fix the variable for half yearly at once only. That means if i get 10% variable for 1st time then i will get the same variable pay for 2nd time as well. So, then what is use of making extra efforts in working.

...b satisfaction is bad and no sense of security. Mental breakdown is normal here.10 hours of work in office and they pay only for 9.5 hrs Worst experience.

...lexibility in few policies which can actually be flexible. No work life balance. Expected to work 12hrs a day with bare minimum salary and no holes.

Very poor compensation and benefits. Not even one team lunch or team dinner or any sort of gift since past 4 years, except 1 small gift.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.
