Work life balance is a myth, although it depends on project/ manager. Has to work 15+ hours a day on regular day, salary does not match to work load. All the shifts in NA market, and it becomes difficult for a girl. Also they are calling to office compulsory.

Salary benefits are also good in comparison of market and they have been very competitive for that since past 2-3 years. Rest work life balance is something which you have to take care of so wisely choose your projects and in case of hectic you can escalate that too.

Variables aren't getting paid depending on individual performance and if that is huge amount then you should think twice before joining cause you will hardly get 30% of it in an year.

Only biggest cons is they will align in non technical roles a lot. No career development, you have to beg for technical related roles, will not release from project.
