You are not being value as a person. You have to sacrifice your personal life. Promotions are based on buttering skill if you do not possess that skill you may not even get the variable pay promotion and appraisals remains your dream though you have done your job well.

Super nice work culture not heard any manager shouting at subordinates(Atleast in Finance), Transport Facility, Nice blend of people, Gender Equality,

Pay are low especially if you are in a cost center role(ie your role is cost to company)

If you want a peaceful life with good people around your workplace, this place is best suited for you.

The only thing which can make you sad is compensation which may be because of company hit be recession and being from finance field I can say that it will not last so long.

Always check the offer letter carefully before joining an organization. You will only receive the base pay amount, so do not rely on the variable pay. Before accepting the offer letter, discuss the variable pay and try to negotiate a hike in the base pay amount. There is a very high workload."

Too much reporting Same data to be updated in different operational documents which takes half of your day to update. Meetings invites beyond your shift timings. The work thing is HR management who never respond to your chats or emails. I am following with HR on my last appraisal letter which I got in Sept 22. Still no response. No HR skip level meetings. No HR calls happens with any of the employees. IJP options are very worthless. Peoples have applied minimum 30times but always position gets fulfilled.
