...I took many add on activities from what I actually have received when I join. 23% of variable pay they mentioned in offer letter and they just give 6-7 % and it is terrible 1, if you have 10lac then your variable is 230k and you will get only 60k yearly.

Its been one year that i am working in Accenture. I love the work environment and team. And the travel facility is excellent.

Dislikes

I am working in accenture as a contract employ from one year. Salary increments and appraisals wont be applicable for contract employees. Accentute won't convert contractors to permenent employees.

No Hikes and Upskill motivation from couple of years.👎

After Hardwork and Dedication, no Hikes and appraisal. Worst salary review and Work life Balance without job security especially no encouragement on upskilling and Technology adaptation.

Big services company and hence some times gets opportunity to work on different technologies.

... if you get in to bench, you can choose what u want and where you want to work Most of the teams promotions are based and salary will always be well below the market

Salary is not as per Market Correction. New employees getting good package but old employees getting lesser than them. Promotions are delayed due to top management.
