I like the people and the work culture of the company.

Dislikes

The promotion and appraisal part is the worst for this year. Not a change in the basic pay even after giving 100% efforts for the day to day activities.

Nothing except a brand name on your resume.

...ross the level they are just doing copy paste things and they called them PMO. Salary is like 15 years people will be 10 lacs and 5 years people can have 15LPA salary. My supervisor has less salary than me. Before I joined it was my dream company now when I am leaving its like a mistake. Yes you will get a brand name on your resume but that will not help more if you dont have knowledge and skills.

After Hardwork and Dedication, no Hikes and appraisal. Worst salary review and Work life Balance without job security especially no encouragement on upskilling and Technology adaptation.

Big services company and hence some times gets opportunity to work on different technologies.

... if you get in to bench, you can choose what u want and where you want to work Most of the teams promotions are based and salary will always be well below the market

Salary is not as per Market Correction. New employees getting good package but old employees getting lesser than them. Promotions are delayed due to top management.
