Accenture might be employees' dream job destination however real challenge starts when you get into it. Working environment is very hectic and you cannot spend more then 1 hr 15 mts on break while shift is 9 and a half hour long. Employees gets treated as students and manager/Team leaders are like principles in Accenture. They have GPH/ACMS type of software which tracks employees time spent on computer. And expects employees to sit at their desk even of there is no work. Minimum 85% of presence is required at computer. Also its very tough to pass your time in night shift processes. Cafeterias have very bad quality food. Employees needs always gets ignored and only client is of utmost priority for them. It's tough to get a day off on Indian festival and even client specific holiday gets compromised most of the time. You get only 10 fixed holidays in 12 months. Overall, Employee is more prone to become sick and demotivated.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

Heavy work, frustrated and whatever happens they will not support us. For leave and salary hike and shifts timings we cannot ask they will blame us like anything. No respect will give to us. I am working from home so they are not giving the hike and all. I am have some financial issues that's why am working here and looking for other job. They are taking advantage of me and asking everyday to extend in the shifts.

...mpany helps people in developing skill sets. The culture is good and supportive. There is good payouts through rewards and recognition.

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

1. Very less hikes and promotions 2. No parties,celebration and team meet 3. Less variable pay 4. Nothing on festivals 5. Have to work after the working hours 6. Sometimes very high Work pressure
