Promotion/Appraisal are not deserve basis but need basis. will stagnate growth after 3 years both in terms of hands on project opportunities and compensation. Values the banner and showcasing the work and not the actual work. Sometimes upper management can be sterile to favours and bias.

Company is good for salary but work life balance is too bad working hours is too long no fixed time daily working hours should be more than 12 hours.

Work life balance , no social Indian culture festivals celebration on any occasions this is too bad

The work culture is great, loads of perks and benefits and a pleasing environment to work in.

...s cause the competition is tough with many people being stuck on the same level. Hence growth remains stagnant but salary increases of course.

...Promotions as well They can hire outsiders at high pay but not willing to make the current employees any increment in their salary

The only benifit is salary is credited on time. There's no other point and benefits of working here. Increments are not there no promotions nothing.
