No hike for the exisiting employes , specially if you have switchdd projects but will hire people from outside organizations with a high package In few projects management is manupulative , they make an software engineering do the call center type of things.

Cab available for shift timing

Dislikes

If project shut down then new joiners are fired first on basis of cost cutting. Even on bench they give 3 week ultimatum to find project else you will be kicked out. Only if you are selected by project then only you should join else on bench you need to go through interview process. Working for US shift is not preferred.
