...t. 5 days working and job security is good. If you are on contract as a fresher. Salary is very low. You don't get any benefit if you work extra hours. That is worse part and no increment for contract employee until you permanent. Rest are the better experience in Accenture. I personally feel Accenture is one of the best company and you can balance your work and personal life. I gave Accenture 7 out of 10 marks.

Poor management as Accenture has initiated program to increase female employee and give them preferences. Now females are almost 50% of the population and most of them are driving the work culture like if they are at home. Too much ego clashes, non approving nature, female employee always dislike another female employee which makes it even worse. They really do not want anybody to achieve more than themselves. They lie a lot to their team members and just speak sweetly to cover anything. Anything means anything. Female employees mostly do not have much work on their plate but they portray like they are the ones who have all the responsibilities of Accenture. They tend to get their work done by other and publish their own name to take credit. They are just making the place worse day by day. This is true. One 100 percent true. No promotiona and no increament are new normal in Accenture these days.

Large canteen, tall trees inside compound, decent security, lift for movement, clean bathroom, hygienic floors.

Dislikes

Adjacent parking with no signs for even and odd day parking. Crowded canteens, salary deductions for late coming 2 days a month,no work from home options.

...r another company to work for. Now accenture is a woke factory. No one can help. one thing i have liked is the salary crediting in our account before month end.
