Confused between 2 offers
Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.

...charges, good appraisal percentage and timely promotion if candidate deserves. Last year in Sep’22, market correction in terms of salary revision was given which was unexpected.

No job security. They put you on Redeployment even when there are no internal openings. Lost my Job with Accenture due to same reason. No work life balance, leadership management will suck your blood. No timely promotions No good bonus variable payout No good percentage appraisals
