It's been working from past 6 years. I can say Accenture is not an employee friendly company. Only if you have any necessity, you can choose Accenture as an option because it will give nothing but just job security.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Great company with a high ambition, however working in Accenture or I would say in BPOs is totally deal centric sometimes it feels that we are not on the payroll of the company and we are the contractors of the clients. Ideal core values of the company however at the same time the working environment is so negative due to office politics and uneven competition is being created by the management to get the highest yield on the cost of killing employees morals, ethics, diversity and capabilities.

Dislikes

...th India so I found most of the dominating leaders, politics and negative wives. I had to pay for my honesty, dedication and over all contribution by saying goodbye to the company.

Overhired and over promoted during COVID resulting in breaking the wage structure and pyramid. Now hikes and promotions are at the mercy of top management. Too many at leadership level who have no idea on how things are getting operated at ground level 0 transparency with respect to policy and future plans.

No salary hike/promotion/bonus/compensation Negligible support from Manager No response from HRs Poor work culture especially in the internal projects If you are joining as a fresher, switch within 1-2 years if you actually want to grow.
